I believe in making cloth pads that will last you longer, and absorb more, than those made from below-par quality materials. I believe buying high quality pads is an investment - they will service you well and look pretty for a long time. Australian customers: Money order through Australia Post, personal cheque, bank deposit, Paypal. International customers: Paypal only. Shipping All pre-made pads will ship within three business days. The envelopes I use are yellow, meaning that no outline of what you have purchased is visible through the envelope. I do not mention my website on the envelope, helping keep your purchase discreet. I usually pack with upcycled tissue paper and include a small card with the sale. If you would NOT like to have any packing other than an envelope, please let me know :) The shipping rates of my in-stock pads are geared towards the flat envelope shipping rate. To ensure that you have the cheapest shipping cost available to you, I pack large orders in multiple envelopes and send them to the same address. If you would prefer to make a large order (i.e. an order with three or four pads or more, depending on the size) and pay extra for the postage rate of a package, please contact me first. Unfortunately, I cannot be responsible for items that are lost in the mail. If you have concerns about your item going missing in the mail please request shipping insurance or registered post. To prevent international orders from becoming delayed in customs, I mark the contents as "cloth napkins" on the customs form. I also cannot be responsible for any customs duty or taxes that may occur. Refunds and Exchanges Refunds and store credit will only be given if the item is faulty (this does NOT count with discounted or items that are seconds) or if the wrong item is sent. To request a refund or store credit, please contact me ASAP with a clear photograph of what is faulty in the item. Used items will NEVER be accepted for returns, and will NEVER be resold.
